This week saw the string players at Belmont thrill their audience with their choice of music and expertise. The Main Orchestra began the proceedings with ‘Tango in C’ and the event’s finale was the Chamber Group’s performance of Mozart’s ‘Ave Verum Corpus’. Informal concerts were introduced in order that performers of all levels could have the opportunity to play in front of an audience. Congratulations to all involved, especially to Mr Cucchiara (Strings Co-ordinator) for this outstandingly successful event.
