On Tuesday 26th September Belmont Mill Hill Prep School opened our doors to our first Grandparents’ Day of the year! This day marked the 24th year of hosting Grandparents’ Day.
Over 90 pupils took their grandparents on a tour of Belmont, the tours included a visit to our new Library, Food Technology, IT and Music Room. They cherish this event and loved the opportunity to have professional photographs taken to mark this special occasion.
Grandparents were entertained during the afternoon in a concert where pupils from across the school performed a variety of musical performances in our Chapel. After working up an appetite lunch was served which was thoroughly enjoyed, the apple crumble with custard was particularly popular!
We very much look forward to welcoming more Grandparents next week on Wednesday 4th October to share this special day with their grandchildren.
