School Fees applicable from 1 September 2017 will be as follows:

|Acceptance Deposit||£2,000||Payable on return of the completed Acceptance Form. This deposit will be repaid as a credit without interest after the final payment of the fees, or other sums due to the School on leaving. This deposit is non-returnable.|
|Additional Deposit||£13,183||For parents whose normal residence is outside the UK, an Additional Deposit of one term’s Fees applicable to the pupil (in accordance with the Fees List) is charged and will be payable on return of the completed Acceptance Form.|

* The boarding and day fee includes tuition, most activities at school, a morning snack, a three-course lunch, games, textbook loan, pupils’ personal accident insurance, healthcare, excursions within London, Wi-Fi and internet access.
** The boarding fee includes all of the above plus breakfast, a three-course supper, bed linen and laundry.
*** The Mill Hill School Foundation Standard Terms and Conditions detail fee liabilities in the circumstances of a pupil being withdrawn from the School prematurely and without proper notice.
There are some additional charges that are made by the School for a pupil as and when they are required. These additional charges are compulsory.
The additional charges will be added to the School bill and are payable at the end of the term in which the charge is incurred. These include:

† Parents should note that a half term’s written notice is required to discontinue an Extra or half a term’s fee for the Extra will be immediately payable in lieu as a debt.
Each term’s invoice for fees, additional charges and extras is due for payment by the first day of the term.
Late payment of the term’s invoice will incur a charge of up to 1.5% per calendar month on any outstanding account balances which are past due (the due date is the first day of the term).
Payments may be made by direct bank transfer to the school bank (details in the coloured box), clearly stating the pupil’s full name, school number (if known) and reason for payment. Please inform us when making payment by this method.
