Survival

UCL lecturer in cardiovascular genetics – and novelist, scriptwriter, composer and mountaineer! – Dr Hugh Montgomery will be our Lecturer in January 2009. His subject – Survival – will be explored from many aspects of his experience, not least Xtreme Everest, the expedition he undertook to understand how the body copes in extreme conditions.
