Professor Chris Reed

Professor Chris Reed presented the Queen Mary, University of London Lecture. Professor Reed is an international expert on internet law, and his well received presentation described the enormous growth in community internet and “Second Life” sites. He investigated the role of the real world legal profession in policing activity on the web and surprised the audience by highlighting the presence of virtual Canadian police men and women on the Second Life site itself. The presentation was recorded for use supporting delivery of the ICT curriculum at Mill Hill.
