Development of Colour

“The use of colour in art work is an incredibly broad and vast subject that is constantly changing and developing.”

I had many influences for my A Level art project including JWW Turner, Matisse, Kandinsky and Howard Hodgkin, himself greatly influenced by Matisse. I studied the way in which these and other artists used colour and texture in their own paintings.
