Sports Leadership

Pupils in the sports leaders group developed their leadership skills by planning, organising and running a range of sports events for pupils at Mill Hill, Belmont and Grimsdell as well as for pupils from local primary schools. This year these included planning and organising two Multi Sports Days and assisting with the running of the Mill Hill U11 Junior Tennis Open at Gosling Sports Park, Welwyn. The programme was more intensive than last year and all 20 Sports Leaders rose magnificently to the challenges presented to them.
