Her Majesty The Queen visited the School to celebrate Mill Hill’s 150th anniversary in 1957. She watched a number of School activities on the day and planted a tree which flourishes today by School House. Particularly notable was a spectacular display of diving and swimming in the outdoor Buckland Pool, the site of the new Dame Angela Rumbold Pool.
