The next lecture in our series is Professor Hugh Montgomery’s compelling account of climbing to the summit of Mount Everest. Professor Montgomery, of UCL’s Centre for Cardiovascular Genetics, will describe his journey and explain how his medical background helped him understand how the human body copes in the world’s most hostile environments.
