Climate Week Challenge

Belmont’s Eco Monitors competed with over 100,000 other people from schools, colleges and workplaces across the UK, in the country’s biggest environmental competition. The teams had just three hours to develop a green idea to ‘save the planet’, ‘save the pounds’ and produce an A4 document which outlined their plan, and present their ideas. The winning team for the Lower School were Isabella B, Cameron F, Mollie M, Aadam J and Louis S. The Upper School winning team comprised Anna A, Natsuha M, Milli L and Nick G. The winning entries have been put forward for the national competition in two different age categories. National and regional winners will be selected by a celebrity panel, and announced soon.
