Year 1 visited Epping Forest on Friday the 26th February. It was a very interesting and hands-on outing getting the children very involved with nature by building shelters for Barnaby Bear. We looked for mini beasts, went on a blind walk hugging trees, learnt about earthworms and using simple maps we found our way around the centre grounds.
