The Remove camp at Longmoor was a week of very indifferent weather and the cadets rose to the challenge of a physically demanding week. From a day on the water kayaking and canoeing, a day on the ranges, to survival skills, they all learnt a huge amount. The fifth day at camp was the competition day and we entered two teams into the March and Shoot competition and two teams into the Assault Course competition. The A team won the March and came second in the Shoot against three other schools, and were crowned overall March and Shoot champions for the second year in a row. The Assault Course A team posted the quickest time by some considerable margin, and won the Assault Course competition. Best cadet on camp was Harry Marlow (School House). Congratulations to Sgt Nat Mabbett (School House) who was announced as the new Drum Major for September 2007.
