Millhillians have gained places at more than 40 UK universities – including Oxford and Cambridge, ranked with Harvard as the top three universities in the world.

Ex-Head of School Rachel Dinham has secured her Choral Scholarship at Girton College Cambridge. Since joining Belmont as a Year 7 Scholar, Rachel has played the fullest part in the life of Mill Hill – in the classroom, on the sports field and as part of the Worldwide Partnership team in Nicaragua.

Edward Winfield will be joining his sister Frances at Cambridge where he will be reading Classics at Pembroke College following a Gap Year. During 2007/08 Edward will be working at the Institution Join-Lambert, our partner school in Rouen.

Sarah Shaul will be reading English at St Anne’s Oxford and can also be seen in the film adaptation of Atonement.

Six Mill Hill pupils will be going to Imperial College this year. Included in this number is Great Britain swimmer Charlotte Creager who will be reading Chemistry. Guitarist and animal rights campaigner Adam Lee will be reading Biology with Microbiology, and Laurence Lee will study Biochemistry with Management. Imperial continues to be popular with our overseas pupils, with leavers Lei Ding, Zhang Yang Liu and Chung-ho Yuan all choosing Mathematics courses.
