Next week we have the Belmont 11+ Entrance Examination and we are expecting one of the highest number of candidates for places in Year 7 for September 2009.
Each New Year brings fresh ideas and resolutions with it. This term the website has been further developed to include a password protected area. The first thing to appear on this will be the Belmont Bulletin – available on Monday each week. Also, the Year 8 Latin vocabulary list can now be viewed on the website.
There is the usual diverse range of events both within the curriculum and on an extra-curricula basis coming up this term. Events ranging from a Year 3 Egyptian Experience and The Foundation ‘Green’ Month to the National Prep Schools Rugby Tournament, a Staff/Parent Football Match and the Year 8 play ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ in March. Lots to look forward to.
