House Cross Country

Jack Perry-Williams (Ridgeway)

Nearly 400 runners took to the School grounds or the public footpaths over the Totteridge Valley this week to represent their House in the House Cross Country, and there were some truly superb performances. The highlight was Naomi Kendal’s (Weymouth, Fifth Form) smashing of the Senior Girls course record with a time of 16mins 18secs. Other notable performances were from Gareth Kong in the Remove race, setting the record on this new course – wholly within the school grounds – of 7mins 55secs. Marcus Godfrey also ran a magnificent race to win the 4th Form event, and promises great potential.
