Golf Academy Launched

The London Golf Academy at Mill Hill School was formally launched on Wednesday 8 June. A fully interactive evening took place in The Large where guests had the opportunity to enjoy a refreshment and try their skills on our new Optishot golf simulator. We were then treated to an interesting and informative insight into the world of sports media by BBC golf correspondent, Iain Carter.

Iain gave the audience many anecdotes and stories, not only about golf but the other sports that he covers, and spent a considerable amount of time answering the many questions the audience had.

The website was unveiled by our Director of Golf, Dean Halford and the evening concluded with a short tour of the outdoor short game facility for those who braved the rain!
