National Science and Engineering Week has once again descended upon Mill Hill School. We have had Year 5 visit us from Belmont to solve a crime. Identifying fingerprints, carrying out ballistic analysis and identifying chemical traces left in a footprint. Year 2 from Grimsdell have learnt how send covert messages using morse code and have been experimenting with electrical circuits. All the pupils have demonstrated great enthusiasm and excitement on learning these new skills. The lower school will be visiting a crime scene in Mill Hill School, collecting evidence and analysing it to identify the criminal.
