The under 10 and under 11 squads got their rugby season off to a flying start on the south coast, representing the school in fine Belmontian fashion. Undefeated in their matches against Brighton College and Horsham/Crawley rugby clubs, this group of boys continue to highlight the promise they show as players and teammates. The weekend will certainly prepare them for the tough season ahead and they have learnt some valuable lessons which will prepare them for the tougher opposition in the coming weeks. It wasn’t all scrums and tackles down in Brighton however, aside from all the rugby the boys still managed to squeeze in some time for rock climbing, bowling and a meal out.
We wish the boys good luck for the season ahead and congratulate them on their spectacular start!
