Recently, our Belmont artists travelled to the Victoria & Albert museum to participate in a special art workshop. The children were tasked with designing and making small moulds, which they then used to model the clay to create an individual element within a still life sculpture. The children’s creations were them assembled to create this beautiful collaborative piece of art.
We are always so impressed at Belmont to discover the new ways in which our artists extend the boundaries of their craft and special trips such as this showcase the creativity and imagination of our students.
