She is one of only fourteen selected candidates out of thousands of applications. She will be working to produce a piece of her own research with Professor Brian Wansink who leads the Food and Brand Lab at the University. The Lab’s award-winning academic research on eating behaviour, behavioural economics, and behaviour change has been published in the world’s top marketing, medical, and nutrition journals.
