House Fives Report

The annual house fives competition took place last week, with over 30 boys competing over two days for the trophy. The boys enjoyed themselves thoroughly and the spirit in which the competition was played was incredible, with fantastic honesty and sportsmanship from all. The boys have worked very hard this year and this was obvious in the standard of the competition.

The overall results were:

1st: Jutes
2nd: Angles
3rd: Saxons
4th: Danes

Well done to Jutes for playing very well across the board and deserved winners. However, an honourable mention must go to the Angles, who despite a strong year 7 and 8 team lacked players in the lower years, three boys stepped up to support their house and did a fantastic job helping them place second.

Congratulations everyone!
