On Friday 26th January, Year 4 went on a trip to Bhaktivedanta Manor in Watford which was in line with our Hinduism topic in RS.
During the day, children got to experience a range of activities such as: dressing up in saris and turbans; face painting and were even invited to take part in a traditional Hindu ceremony. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day, especially the ride on an oxen- drawn cart. One of the children even remarked that it was, ‘the best trip ever!’
The children also had the opportunity to explore the famous George Harrison Garden and were able to show off what they have been studying within school, which we were extremely proud of.
