Meet the Strength and Conditioning Team

We are delighted to update readers on our recently formed Strength and Conditioning team. Our five S and C mentors perform the dual roles of boarding house staff and key members of the co-curricular team.

The team works closely with our Sports Scholars during one-to-one sessions; setting targets, designing programmes and developing key physical and mental skills. They also ensure that all pupils have access to the free weights room and to their expert guidance twice a day, every day. The team has also played a significant role in extending the activities provision for pupils.

New activities now offered include: Pilates three times a week; Cheerleading; Girls’ Basketball; Girls’ Football; Volleyball and Developing Speed sessions. From Right to left: Mr Mathers, Mr Oakes, Miss Mattinson, FR Mr Lee and Miss Robson
