A Royal Academy of Music ‘Ice World’ workshop took place with all the Year 2 children on Wednesday 31st January. It was an absolutely wonderful and creative day! During the workshop outstanding professional musicians performed some beautiful pieces on the recorder, cello and percussion instruments. Each class was then divided into two groups and worked with the musicians. They improvised and composed some magical, icy and wintery musical pieces.
