Success Outside School
Well done to all of this week’s successes, it is great to see so many of our pupils involved in activities outside of School.
- Five boys from Year 5 did brilliantly well as the SCI Hastings Football Tournament last weekend. As part of the Omonia Youth Under 10 team they finished in 3rd place just behind two Academy teams!
The Belmont boys in the team were:
- Ishaan (5MS)
- Christos (5MS)
- George (5MS)
- Tommy (5SP)
- Yazan (5SP)
The team is coached by two Belmont Dads, George Constantinou and Roberto Protei, who coached a brilliant performance out of the boys across the 9 matches they played over the weekend.
The boys were excited to receive their trophies from Arsenal Legend – Alan Smith.
- Congratulations to Finn (7OM), who was awarded Top Goal Scorer of the season at PPFC’s annual awards ceremony for the 2nd consecutive year. Well done!
- Sibilings Matilda (4AD) achieved a Gold with distinction in her Grade One Ballet exam and Elliot (6RA) gained his brown belt with one black tag, 1st KYU in Karate.
