On Monday our Year 8 students were lucky enough to hear from members of Herts Young Homeless, a charity who seeks to support youth struggling to find housing and support. Our students took part in a workshop with some interesting topics such as ‘what makes a house a home?’. We also heard from Ricky who gave an insightful talk about how Herts Young Homeless changed his life. We are so grateful for the charity’s time and we are excited to help out by creating ‘starter packs’ to be presented and distributed to those in need next week…watch this space…
