On Wednesday afternoon the Spanish Department took their Upper Sixth pupils to the Cervantes Theatre in Southwark, where they enjoyed watching ‘Yerma’; a play by the brilliant Federico Garcia Lorcas.
The play is the second in a trilogy and pupils have been studying “La casa de Bernarda Alba” as part of their Spanish A Level. Therefore, it was a great opportunity for our pupils to develop their knowledge and understanding of the dramatist.
