On the Saturday 10 November, the Mill Hill Girls’ Premier Volleyball team competed in the opening games of the U18 England Women’s Volleyball National Tournament. The girls demonstrated outstanding teamwork, skill, dedication & competitive spirit against established club teams from the London area. Zeynep Y (Ridgeway) was the team Captain and led outstandingly through very competitive games. The girls challenged the opposing teams and the day was full of entertaining yet skillful games. This was an invaluable experience for all of the Premier Girls and they are sure to build on this as the season goes on. Well done to all of the players, Agne C (Ridgeway), Milica V (Burton Bank), Derin K (Collinson), Ksenija G (Collinson), Chloe D (Murray), Lauren D (McClure), Jenna M (Murray) & Michelle S (Atkinson) and huge thanks to their Coach Andreas Leonida for his dedication and guidance.
