What an amazing Winter Wonderland it was! Possibly one of the most successful Christmas events we have ever had at Belmont. Santa’s festive frolics definitely got the day started in a truly wonderful and festive way.
It was lovely to see all the children, teachers and parents having such a great time. Taking part in events like this is really what makes our school community so special.
Friends of Belmont would like to show our appreciation to everyone who helped make the day such a huge success. We raised a record figure this year of approximately £20,000 going towards the new Belmont Sports Hall.
We want to thank our four main sponsors, IT Luggage, EPF Group, Galliard Homes and EPF Group who’s huge generosity every year, is truly a blessing for the school.
A very special thank you goes to you, our wonderful parents and children, no matter how big or small. The contribution of your time, setting up, clearing up, organising rota’s, standing in the cold, manning stalls, filling hook-a-bags, counting sweets, donating gifts, books, bottles & auction prizes all contributed to make this event so special and successful!
Not forgetting, all of the amazing teachers, kitchen staff & grounds men, that helped set up and man the stalls, cooked the hot dogs, drank the left over Mulled Wine, risking life and limb playing Last Man Standing,
The day really couldn’t have happened without you.
