Success Outside of School

Well done to all our Successes Outside School this week, great to see our pupils involved with extra-curricular activities! We hugely enjoy receiving these each week so please keep sending them in!

  • Daniel 6JN learnt how to snowboard during the half term
  • Sophia and Lucy 5TB, took part in the Middlesex Minis U10 hockey tournament in Teddington representing Southgate Hockey Club. They narrowly missed out on reaching the play offs by 1 point but managed a respectable 3rd position.
  • Saul 4AD completed his Silver Survival Swimming Badge, well done!
  • Oliver 5TW and Jaik 5SP represented Barnet Elizabethans RFC U10.  Conquering Hertfordshire teams and defying tough weather conditions, they were unbeaten in all their games to become tournament champions of the Johns Gray Trophy. The squad’s dedication has enabled the team to be unbeaten for four years. In addition, special commendations to Jaik who was awarded man of the match. Working in pods, creating multiple phased ball, it was an admirable performance by the boys!  Good job well done!
  • Serafina 3JD first tennis success on Sunday 10 March at the David Lloyd North Finchley. She won her Red ball tennis competition.
  • Sasha 8JC captained her team to win the West London Netball league on the 17th March beating two tough teams
  • Francesco and Michele attended the British Interschool Ski Challenge in Italy. Francesco did well as on the slalom; he arrived 23rd out of 42 and on the Giant slalom he arrived 26th out of 49. Michele arrived 18th out of 26 in the slalom and 25th our 33 in the giant slalom, he did very well for his first competition
