On Thursday lunchtime, Lower School landlubbers were encouraged to become scurvy seadogs at lunchtime! Celebrating International Talk Like A Pirate Day, the pupils practised their best piratical phrases before boarding the SS Library and creating their own pirate eyepatches. Pupils also enjoyed a selection of pirate-themed books and websites, and discovered a list of seafaring phrases. As you can see from the picture, they had a great time!
