This week Lucas T (School) competed in the London regional heats of ‘ARTiculation’, a national art history speaking competition. He won! Eliza Bonham-Carter praised Lucas for drawing the audience in with him and engaging them in understanding Alexander McQueen’s process and references. She praised Lucas for taking us to many places—Baroque, Punk—and for his call to fashion to make statements, and for demanding something from art.
We are delighted by Lucas’s achievement and now look forward to supporting him on 28 February in the second upcoming regional heat, at the National Gallery in London. Well done Lucas!
