Unveiling the Wellbeing Room Mural

On Tuesday we unveiled the Wellbeing Room mural. After four months of hard work on Saturday mornings, we finished it! Nineteen birds, native to north London, have been painted on the walls to offer a sense of freedom, escapism and flight of thought.

Tuesday was an opportunity for all members of the school to come and paint a three-dimensional bird decoration. Teachers brought their pupils along from maths, science and English lessons to engage in the activity. A total of 173 birds were painted, a huge flock of well-being!

Thanks must go to the painters involved in the mural and to the teachers who brought their classes along. These special projects are true collaborations and are only possible with a holistic approach. The Wellbeing Room is a consistent space within the School for all to unwind and take a moment to oneself – Enjoy!
