On Monday three pairs of U15s went to Eton for the National Fives U15 qualifiers hoping to follow on from the success of the U16s and the seniors who have already qualified for the National Championships later in March.
Robert E and Kyle R performed fantastically throughout the day with great effort and determination, reaching the qualification stage after winning 5 and only losing 1 to the eventual winners of the day’s tournament. Jay M and Billy B had some great play during the day working hard but unfortunately had some tough losses in the day. Samuel B, Zack C and James G also played some great games throughout the day and progressed well in the plate competition.
All the boys improved during the day and I was very impressed by their attitude throughout the competition.
