We have a very special Belmont community and, even during these challenging times, our community spirit keeps going.
Here are a few examples of what some of our children have been getting up to. In 3GC, Joshua and his sister donated some of their pillowcases and duvet covers to make the bags for scrubs to be used use by the NHS, care homes and Ambulance Service.
6RA pupil Harry cycled 26 kilometres on his exercise bike last Sunday for the 2.6 challenge and raised £502 for The British Heart Foundation.
Abigail in 6JN has been busy baking cakes for the NHS. She then decided she wanted to do something else to help and so has set up a new venture, creating lip scrubs to sell. All the funds raised will go to charity. They received 50 orders on day 1!
In 7NR Alfie continues his rollerblading challenge and is getting closer to his 100km target; he is due to reach the 42km mark tomorrow. He has currently raised £730 for Barnet Hospital and has increased his target to £1000. If you would like to make a donation please click here.
Well done everyone, we are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved.
