During Half Term, Belmontians Ella Davies (8RG), Christalla (8NB), Amiya (8RG) and Luke Davies (Year 9, Priestley, Mill Hill) were busy baking an astonishing 66 cakes and 440 slices, which were donated to the NHS and many hospitals through ‘You Donate We Deliver’. They each had a role to play in getting the cakes ready, from folding napkins, labelling the cakes to writing ‘thank you’ stickers. A fantastic example of teamwork. Such a wonderful lesson for the children to learn about giving back, and we are so proud of all their hard work.
Gracie (8AM) was one of the top fund raisers on just giving in May as she continues to run 6 days a week. She has now run 152km and is aiming to have run 4 marathons by the end of this week, which she has achieved in just over 4 weeks, what an incredible achievement! Keep going Gracie!
