We are delighted to announce that our Year 11 pupil, Burak Sahin, has been awarded the Paras Shah Collinson House Plate 2020. Here is what Mr Lawson, Collinson Housemaster, had to say:
‘The Paras Shah Collinson House Plate was inaugurated in 2018 to commemorate the untimely death at the age of 29 of a remarkable pupil. Its annual recipient is seen to embody Paras’ qualities of kindness, compassion, team play and generosity of spirit. It was awarded this year – in absentia, of course – to Burak Sahin. Burak is about to leave us after a wonderful three-year journey during which his gifts have flowered and graced the House; and they have always been placed at the disposal of his friends as well as the staff here. We wish him well and thank him for his contributions.’
