What a busy and fun-filled week it has been in Year One!
We started the week by planning our own winter story using familiar characters from stories we have read this term and collected lots of interesting adjectives to describe them as well as the setting. We then used our plans to write the beginning of our winter stories.
We have also been busy making our own Christmas decorations and some of the children chose to use their classroom iPads to take photographs of their creations.
The climax of the week was most definitely meeting Father Christmas! What shrill shrieks of excitement there were!
