To finish the week’s celebrations, the bakers voted for a book-themed recipe to bake.
Pupils chose Bruce Bogtrotter’s Chocolate Cake, an extravaganza of chocolate that needed almost half a kilo of chocolate and used every bowl in the bakers’ kitchens!
With three layers of delicious chocolate cake and a coating of chocolate ganache, the bakers worked really hard to create Miss Trunchbull’s favourite dessert. You can see some of the finished results above… didn’t they do well?
