Wellbeing Week at Belmont!

There has been a plethora of events for the children to take part in this week, whether it be early morning walks and swims, fun and fitness sessions, mindful colouring and sketching in the grounds, lessons in our Forest School, making willows in the Art garden, outdoor reading, musical improvisation in the quad, practising our breathing, drama workshops, yoga, Tai Chi and Kung Fu on the Master’s Lawn or learning about the importance of sleep.

The catering team were also heavily involved in producing some colourful, beautiful and healthy foods for our Wellbeing lunch and the children couldn’t stop talking about the chocolate flowerpots! It has been an exceptional week.
