Well done to all our Year 5 teams who have taken part in our DT Challenge Day today!
Their task was to create a zip line that would be able to take a lighthouse keeper to the mainland and back again, even in the most terrible storms!
It must be able to operate safely in dark and stormy conditions and it must have a device that would warn people it is in use.
We saw some amazing ideas and, most importantly, great collaboration and team work across the board.
Congratulations to the winning Belmont team (pictured on the first slide) and well done to everyone involved!
