This week, Year One were shocked to discover that someone or something had made a terrible mess of their classrooms! We learned what a question is and different ways to ask questions. We then wrote our own questions to try to find out who or what had made the mess. We then discovered a note together with a book called ‘Naughty Bus’ by Jan and Jerry Oke. We read the book and used a range of adjectives to describe the bus. We also thought carefully about why the bus might have been ‘naughty’.
In PSHE, we considered our own behaviour and how it has an impact on those around us. We thought of different ways we can be kind and courteous to each other.
