This week, Year 1 received an email informing us that the ‘Naughty Bus’ had been up to mischief in and around London and had recently gone missing! We were sent some photos showing us where the bus had been, including Buckingham Palace! This prompted us to create our very own ‘Wanted’ posters to describe the naughty bus and help try to track it down.
We continued to celebrate Black History Month and enjoyed a workshop by Bigfoot Arts Education where we learned about some famous black people in history whose legacies still live on today, namely John Blanke and Lilian Bader.
The highlight of the week was our ‘Marvellous Middle’ where we had our very own British Tea Party and spent the morning making and preparing food for us all to enjoy.
