This week has been National Anti-Bullying week. In Reception we have focussed on being kind.
We have used lollipop friends to pair children so they can make a new friend. Each child made a cake and a medal for a friend asking them questions like ‘What colour icing do you like?’ As always eating the cakes was the best part. They also made medals and friendship bracelets.
Odd sock day was great fun and we hope you enjoyed the decorated socks the children have come home with. In circle time we thought of kind words and actions we can use at home and school.
The children also had a fun-filled workshop where they had to work together playing parachute games.
