What a lovely Christmasy week in Nursery.
The children have loved the Christmas role play area and are still regularly dressing up as Santa and his helpers. They have also enjoyed all the craft activities we have done such as making Christmas cards, calendars, paper chains and special Christmas hats.
The children loved the Christingle Service that took place on Monday. It was a lovely experience for them to be in a different setting and learn all about the Christingle and what each part means.
We have been practicing lots this week for both the Nativity and the Christmas singalong.
The children shone in the Nativity production, and I know I am a little biased however I think they were truly the best class. 😊 I was so impressed that they were able to stand and perform so confidently in front of so many people.
The children have loved coming in every day to see what Stickman has been doing. He has been well behaved most of the days, leaving us wonderful activities to do and reading stories to his friends. I wonder if he’ll get cheekier next week.
