This week in PE…

The children in reception class have been busy improving their cardiovascular system this week!

They took part in a circuit training activity using benches, tunnels, agility ladders, balls, cones, skipping ropes and hurdles.

Through circuit training, children can completely hit the most important cylinders of physical fitness:

  • Cardiovascular Health
  • Strength Training
  • Endurance Building
  • Agility Training
  • Balance
  • Coordination

It was lovely to see them helping and cheering for each other!
