Pupils Explore Cambridge, Visit Warner Brother Studios and Create Sustainable Outfits!

We are committed to providing our pupils with enriching experiences at Summer School. This summer has been packed with exciting trips and activities.

Our pupils enjoyed a wonderful trip to Cambridge. The day started with punting down the River Cam, followed by a picnic lunch in a meadow. Next, they visited The University of Cambridge to get a flavour of life at a British University. At the end of the day, pupils and staff explored the city and admired its beauty.

Pupils and staff have also been to ‘The Making of Harry Potter’ studio tour in London. They saw film sets, props, and original costumes from the franchise. The trip was magical and a real highlight of the week. Our staff would love to receive a letter from Hogwarts, but this was the next best thing!

During an evening activity session, we hosted a ‘Trashion Show’. Pupils used plastic, cardboard boxes, and other recycled objects to create ‘rubbish’ outfits and strutted their stuff on the runway! The pupils had lots of fun and learnt more about upcycling. The outfits were very impressive and our staff are excited to see the next show!

Thank you to our incredible staff for arranging such varied and exciting activities for our pupils.
