The annual Belmont Rugby Festival is always a highlight of the year and once again did not disappoint, with 20 teams taking part across U11 and U13 age groups the atmosphere and enthusiasm of each and every player was fantastic. Whilst the rain and wind could have been a factor, it did nothing to dampen to attitude and spirit of everyone involved ensuring the day was a huge success. The standard never fails to impress me and the team ethic of each and every school epitomises the founding principles of the game. A very big thank you to all schools, pupils and of course those involved in the organisation and running of the event.
