During the half-term break, the Music School took 49 pupils on a concert and sightseeing tour to Paris. We are grateful that Our Director of Musical Performance, Mr Kyle, gave us a glimpse into what the trip involved:
“Our choir, string ensemble, jazz band, and full orchestra performed at two stunning venues: L’église de la Madeleine and Notre Dame des Blancs Manteaux. We also managed to fit in an extra jazz concert for the Rothschild Foundation.
When we weren’t performing in concerts, we were visiting the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Paris Opera House, Montparnasse Tower, Arc de Triomphe, sampling Parisian cuisine, or boating on the Seine. Thank you to all the pupils and staff for a great trip!”
