As the children have settled in this term, I am pleased to announce the new Year 5 Ambassadors for the rest of Autumn Term and continuing into Spring Term. The Ambassador initiative has been a great success in previous years, where our Year 5 pupils have been instrumental in supporting pupils in the younger years of Lower School; they have thrived from the opportunity to step up to a greater position of responsibility and act as role models.
This term applications were submitted from some very enthusiastic Year 5 pupils, and interviews were held with the Year 8 Prefects, who were hugely impressed with how the applicants performed in their interviews, showing a great deal of confidence and displaying good problem-solving skills. A special mention should go to our Year 8 Prefects, who conducted the interviews very professionally and in a supportive manner.

I wish them every success in their new roles, which will be starting next week, and I am confident that they will do a fantastic job.
